Orders placed by noon CST will be received in 5-10 business days in the continental USA. Transit times may vary for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Returns
Please re-use the packaging for returns whenever possible. The ecofriendly envelopes have a second flap to make re-use a breeze! You may return or exchange merchandise within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund or credit. Returns must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition. If you make an exchange, you will not be charged shipping back to you. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks to process returns and exchanges.
For holiday gifts, you may return or exchange through February 1, 2021 regardless of how early it was purchased. Don’t worry about proving it was a gift– I trust ya!
You are responsible for return postage and for the safe delivery of your return package. EcoPetites is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. Using a track-able service is recommended.
